Quick ViewATI’s Model Q46/76 Turbidity Monitor is designed to meet the needs of both municipal drinking water systems and industrial water treatment for reliable, low-range turbidity measurement. Q46/76 monitors also provide sensor diagnostic functions to warn of conditions that cause inaccurate or invalid readings. The sensor is continuously monitored for optical fouling, and will display an alarm message should the sensor require cleaning. In addition, the sensor will detect the lack of water in the flowcell and provide a “dry cell” when an air interface is detected. These alarm conditions will cause a third alarm relay to activate, which can be used to indicate these conditions remotely.

Quick ViewATI’s Model Q46/88 Suspended Solids Monitor provides real time monitoring of suspended solids in a variety of water and wastewater applications. A submersible sensor immersed in process tanks or effluent channel senses particulates in the water using an optical backscatter technique that allows measurement over a wide range. Results are displayed on the Q46 electronic unit mounted near the sensor with a variety of outputs provided as standard.

Quick ViewATI’s Model Q46P pH monitor provides the combination of durability, accuracy, and versatility required for virtually any pH monitoring or control application. The Model Q46R provides the same reliable monitoring for Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) applications. ATI’s Q46 platform represents our latest generation of monitoring and control systems. Control features have been expanded to include an optional 3rd analog output or an additional bank of low power relays. Digital communication options now include Profibus DP, Modbus RTU, or Ethernet IP variations.

Quick ViewpH Transmitter provides the combination of durability, accuracy, and versatility required for virtually any pH monitoring application. The ORP Transmitter provides the same reliable monitoring system for Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) applications. Q45 pH and ORP Transmitters use “differential” type sensors designed for long life in the most demanding applications. Differential sensors are well suited for applications that quickly poison conventional pH or ORP sensors, and can be easily serviced by operators. A variety of sensor styles are available to meet almost any application.

Quick ViewWater treatment processes using ozone gas have steadily increased over the past 20 years. Ozone has proven to be an extremely effective oxidant, removing organic carbon from raw water and destroying most pathogens. As a result, ozone treatment is now widely used in the semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries. In addition, many large cities are now using ozone to improve the quality of the drinking water distributed to their customers. ATI’s Model Q46H/64 Dissolved Ozone Monitor provides an economical and reliable measurement system for monitoring and controlling ozone treatment systems. With a variety of outputs including 4-20 mA analog, PID control, three adjustable relays, and digital communications, the Q46H/64 is adaptable to any ozone application.

Quick ViewATI’s Dissolved Ozone Transmitter is the ideal choice for on-line monitoring and control of ozonation systems. Capable of measuring DO3 concentrations as low as 0-200 ppb full scale, the system provides the sensitivity needed for demanding applications such as pharmaceutical grade water or semiconductor wash water and with the standard 0-2 ppm range, the monitor is ideally suited to water bottling systems or municipal water treatment. Even high range applications requiring 0-20 or 0- 200 ppm can be easily accommodated. Utilizing a highly selective polarographic membraned sensor, dissolved ozone can be monitored interference-free, with little maintenance. There are no moving parts and what little maintenance is required can be done in just a few minutes. Installation is simple and you can be up and running in a few hours. Available in loop-powered or battery operated portable versions, the Q45H/64 is well suited for almost any DO3 measurement requirement.
